Journal of Surgery and Clinical Case Research
An international, double-blind peer-reviewed journal dedicated to disseminating innovative operative techniques, complex surgical interventions, and rare clinical case presentations across all surgical specialties.
About the Journal

The Journal of Surgery and Clinical Case Research (JSCCR) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly publication dedicated to advancing patient care, operative techniques, and surgical knowledge. We provide frontline surgeons, clinical researchers, and surgical residents with a globally visible forum to document rare clinical presentations, unexpected surgical findings, operative complications, and innovative technical modifications.
Every published manuscript is peer-reviewed under rigorous double-blind evaluation adhering strictly to the CARE (CAse REport) guidelines and the ethical codes established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). We accept original case reports, surgical video notes, technique descriptions, and multi-patient case series across all major surgical disciplines—including general surgery, orthopedics, cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, neurosurgery, surgical oncology, and robotic procedures.
Our mission is to translate unique bedside and operating room experiences into peer-reviewed clinical evidence. By prioritizing actionable operative insights, high-definition radiological and intraoperative figures, and transparent patient consent standards, JSCCR equips the international surgical community with evidence to inform difficult clinical decisions.
